Construction pressure washing
Pressure washing is quoted by zone, because a driveway and a rendered façade are not the same job. Using driveway pressure on render is how a builder ends up repainting a wall.

Zone 1 — hard concrete
Driveways, paths, garage floors and car parks. High pressure, fast rate, the straightforward part of the job.
Zone 2 — outdoor living
Alfresco areas, patios, balconies and terraces. Medium pressure, with care around jointing and balcony drainage so water goes where it should.
Zone 3 — delicate surfaces
Rendered and painted façades, retaining walls and fencing. Low pressure, wide nozzle, more time per square metre — the zone where speed causes damage.
